Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to maintain eligibility.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
